The aroma of this whiskey is well recognizable, perfectly balanced, rich and rounded. In the top notes there are shades of pears and spices, indicating the decent quality of Speyside whiskey, known as the softest malt whiskey. The bouquet also has light shades of peat smoke, which suggests the presence in this blend of malt grown on the island of Islay in the south-eastern part of Scotland. Taste: sensations of smoothness, pleasant oiliness, fullness and richness of taste. In general, the taste is sweetish, with a hint of smoke; there are shades of caramel, also present in the aroma. The long taste and aftertaste of this whiskey are a worthy continuation of what the flavor promises.
